We were swarmed.

[She shrugs a little, looking over at the pile that isn't rusted. She sorts a few of the weapons still needing to be placed somewhere, figuring that isn't exactly the explanation the other woman is looking for.]

I was bit a handful of times, and the venom's still working its way through my system. It'll be gone in no time, I'm sure. It took about half a day when Lance was bit before.

[Another gun was placed into a pile, and she glances over at Lexa to look her over.]

I was. [Normally, she would see no reason to share this. Normally. Circumstances have changed. Openness about occurrences has its benefits here, at least to prevent them in the future. She is not coming into a society that has been built upon the strength of those who came before her. So, she has to view the circumstances differently.] The Queen of that very same swarm attacked our group. In an attempt to create a diversion, I acted to catch her attention, and she responded swiftly.

[Lexa feels like she would be in worse shape without Clarke's help ... but then she may be giving Clarke too much credit. She likes to do that.]

I had numbness and dizziness, but the worst of it's passed. [She took her time, much as she sees this woman is. It's wise, and organizing without feeling useless has its place.]
