What: IT'S TIME FOR A POW-WOW aka we built a fire

[ So it's been a rough couple of days (literally, just two). But between nearly being blown up, marching through the desert, and generally just never wanting to see desert again, there is one good thing Inui (and Lance) have discovered: those Coral plants? Can be cracked open and eaten!

So as the sun vanishes behind the rocky formations or the moon(s), fellow interlopers might notice a distinct & nutty aroma wafting through the boneyard. Tracing it to it's source isn't hard though: Inui and Lance have started up a rather sizeable camp fire from the remains of some of the bones near the vague center of the massive grave. There they've cracked open large stalks from the coral and are roasting the mealy insides over the flames.

They've stockpiled quite a bit and have yet to cook all of it, so anyone and everyone is free to stop by and either help or take up a stalk of their own! Heck, maybe there's already people gathered there!

Whatever the case, it's a good way to kill some time, right? Maybe you've got a ghost story or a survival plan you want to share with the group? No really does anyone have a plan we could really use a plan ]

You're all important to me, outside of being paladins. Which means I'll do what is necessary to help you survive.

[ His words are downright sweet, something she didn't expect from Lance. ]

I used to think only Alteans could defeat Zarkon, but you paladins have shown me the truth. That we all need to work together to stop this. Just like we need to work together here to survive.

[ Her smile is fond. Lance kind of grows on you. ]

He wouldn't beat you up. Just yell a lot.

No, he'll definitely beat me up. You didn't see the look of pure murder on his face when Shiro came back from the mission and you didn't.

He didn't actually try to beat up Shiro, though. He can be intense, but he won't actually hurt you.

[ She knows Coran's temper well enough, but she's never actually seen him get into a fight. ] Anyway, enough sitting around. We should get some sleep. We all need to keep up energy.

[ And no slacking on the training. Just because they're in a weird place is no excuse. ]

[ He whimpers like a kicked puppy. Fortunately, Lance puppy eyes don't work on Altean princesses, so Lance will find his own bit of sand to sleep on, tonight. ]
